I have hosted this property as a holiday home since 2016, taking time off to renovate restore and modernise this villa. I have received numerous positive reviews. Gorgeous renovated cottage with modern interior * 10 min walk to city centre, restaurants, cafes & theatres * 10-15 min drive to Nelson Airport * 10-13 min drive/1 hour easy walk to Tahunanui Beach * Free fibre wifi * 15 min walk or 3min drive to Nelson Hospital * Heat pump/DVS * Off-street parking * Quiet street * Enjoy breakfast or wines on the verandah, afternoon sun at the top of the garden with views of the Cathedral * 2 bedrooms with one queen bed per room, claw foot bath, new shower & double basins in the bathroom, upgraded kitchen * please read property policies to ensure you comply. Wifi and power must remain on at all times. * Upstairs loft is not to be accessed by guests. Main bedroom has a cleaner's storage cupboard, not available for guests use. * strictly no use of candles or items with live flames. fireworks also not to be used *no smoking, parties or gatherings, no glitter or confetti please * only the number of guests booked may stay overnight (visitors must depart by 10pm) * one small-mid size dog allowed with approval from the Host, fees apply per booking. Dogs must not be left unattended on the property.
Hello I'm Deb, proud mum of 2 fairly grown-up girls, with a passion for all things New Zealand, travel, Nelson/Tasman region, and my family. I love to travel and explore this beautiful Country and support local business. I hope you have an enjoyable and relaxing stay.
Very quiet street yet so close to the city centre. Directly opposite Nelson College for Girls playing field so a great place to run a circuit for fitness/exercising, or to take the dog for a run. I have amazing neighbours nearby. This is a family orientated area, please respect the neighbours and quiet-times rules.
