This modern self-contained unit with private access offers the best of both worlds - quiet with stunning elevated sea views from every room and just a 12min drive to the city centre and ferry terminal, and a 25min drive to Wellington Airport. ACCESS Access is separate and private. Check yourself in the keypad any time within the check-in period. Your can also arrange earlier check in times with the host. LOUNGE AND KITCHENETTE Compact lounge area with sofa bed. Kitchenette with dining chairs, fridge, microwave, toaster. Continental breakfast ingredients provided. BEDROOM The bedroom has a double bed with electric blanket and quality linen, heat pump that heats the whole unit, iron, large wardrobe and a smartTV where you can watch Netflix and YouTube. WORKING The bedroom has a table for your laptop and a regular chair (not an office chair). This, with a fast broadband connection, means your remote working needs are sorted. BATHROOM Private large bathroom. FREE on-street parking for your car
We are a professional couple who live upstairs. We like to give our guests complete privacy. But we also enjoy meeting our guests if they request any assistance or advice. We aim to reply to you within 3 hours during normal waking hours.
