It is a 5 bedrooms with 7 queen size beds, 180m2 flat house, full fenced, 1 side off road. There are 5 heaters in each room and 1 air condition in living room for the cold winter. All beds are added electric blankets. Washing machine, dryer, iron & iron board , steamer are available. 75” Samsung smart tv with Netflix are making you an enjoyable staying.all linens sheets towels , hair dryer shampoo , body wash are provided. No toothpaste, comb, shavers and plastic bags( gov advice to stop using plastic bag).

3km to airport, 300m to community small shopping place( including dairy, takeaway). 10km to city center. We kindly request that you clean your dishes before checking out. Please ensure the dishes are washed and put away in the dishwasher. To maintain hygiene for everyone, please dry any wet bowls or dishes before placing them back in the wardrobe. We kindly ask that you refrain from moving furniture or changing any settings in the house . Our cleaning hours are from 10 am to 2 pm. If you require an earlier check-in or later check-out, please negotiate with us in advance. When disposing of waste, please follow the City Council guidelines. No food waste should be placed in the yellow bin, only vegetable-based food waste in the green bin. Additionally, please do not dispose of any plastic in either the yellow or green bin. Failure to comply will result in an extra charge . please be mindful of the amount of rubbish you leave behind, as this is a residential property with limited capacity. We kindly request your cooperation in conserving energy during your stay in order to prevent any potential hazards or adverse consequences.
