Sumptuous, sunny, fully-furnished large 1 bedroom apartment in Nelson. Large lounge/living area with a kitchenette complete with fridge/freezer, microwave, dishwasher etc. Private master bedroom with new queen size bed. This spacious Apartment (approx. 60 sq mtrs) features a separate W.C, and large, newly renovated shower room. This is a beautiful, warm & comfortable apartment. Located in the safe & quiet suburb of Marybank – an easy 6 minute drive to Nelson City. Off street parking is available for one vehicle directly in front of your own private entrance. The house is situated up a right of way, away from the Road. It offers perfect privacy, peace & quiet.
Marybank is a very safe, quiet neighbourhood about 6 kilometres from Nelson City. Nestled right on the coast, many places offer panoramic views of the Tasman bay across to Golden Bay, and Farewell Spit beyond.
