The building is just a 5-minute walk from the historic El Olivar forest, 2 km from the elegant Miraflores district and Costa Verde beach, and 45 minutes from Jorge Chavez Airport. It offers a range of furnished flats ideal for different preferences and needs: from modern and functional 60 sqm flats to small, economical but equally comfortable and safe studios. All of them are surrounded by large interior gardens, have a fully equipped kitchenette and offer free WI-fi connection, cable, weekly linen change, private parking and a 24-hour reception.
