The large bright living room, the fully equipped open-plan kitchen and the panoramic terrace will allow you to fully enjoy the beauty of the sea This magnificent 350 m² villa can accommodate up to 10 people. Located in a quiet area of Punaauia It has 4 air-conditioned bedrooms with 4 king-size beds and a double sofa bed. It also has 4 bathrooms, 3 with showers and 1 with a bathtub. Bed linen is provided. The fully equipped open-plan kitchen (refrigerator, freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, dryer, oven, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, toaster, etc.) will allow you to prepare your meals. A barbecue is also available in the garden. You can enjoy the private pool with sea and landscaped garden views. Leisure facilities (ping-pong table, billiards) are also available. A terrace and a balcony complete the outdoor spaces. A private covered parking lot with 5 spaces is available, including a covered garage with a charging station for hybrid cars.
