*Visitors are allowed until 10PM
*Always close the door, as we are not responsible or liable for any loss items.
*Do not leave garbage along the hi way, kindly dispose your garbage properly, every floor has a garbage chute to throw in your garbage. Must be tied up securely.
*Guests are expected to take care of all the decorations, furnitures, fixtures and appliances. Any damage or loss item (missing towels, broken appliances, wall or bed stains, clogged toilet or sink, etc.) will be charged accordingly.
