Welcome! 5880 Enriquez was purchased as a half-built building so we came in, finished it and put it to good use. We chose industrial finishes to keep things simple, but decorated sparingly with art deco patterns. Our facade is especially unique because it is the first architectural mesh used to drape over a building in the Philippines. The colour palette is black-and-white with some greys and neutrals. Tropical plants give the hallways and common areas life.
With an MBA and a Bachelor of Architecture, I love design and creative solutions to everyday hurdles.
Ironically, Poblacion is the oldest neighbourhood in Makati City and prior to that, it used to be rice fields. Now it is the trendiest part of town. People like it because it is unpretentious and laid back and many of the best restaurants and bars owned by locals reside here.
