Quiet apartment on a high floor with beautiful city and sea view, large living & dining room, 2 bedrooms with high-quality mattresses, comfy sofa, smart TV with Netflix, fully equipped kitchen, all designed to make your stay comfortable. Perfect for those wanting to tour Cebu city and island hopping, the apartment block is 15mins walking distance to Ayala Mall. The secure apartment block has a gym, large pool and friendly staff. A stylish new cafe/bar and 7 Eleven just a few mins walk away.
Having traveled extensively over the years, and stayed at Airbnb apartments in the UK, USA, Canada, China, Korea, Philippines, Vietnam, Emirates and Australia, I appreciate the value of having a home away from home. Booking com has provided an amazing opportunity to travel in comfort at affordable prices and as a guest, I value the effort hosts put into making my stay comfortable. I have visited the same hosts regularly because of the great experiences had. I understand what is expected when coming to a new country with a different culture and language. I want to make our guests check-in smooth and efficient, and their stay comfortable. This will enable our guests to have the time and positive energy to experience what they came for! I have put a lot of care and thought in making all of our City View Apartments, a place you would enjoy and want to come back to and recommend. Welcome and enjoy your stay!
The area gives you a glimpse of what real Filipino life is like, as the apartment block is built among local residences. A short 1-2 minute stroll down the street will take you to a wide range of local and western restaurants and cafes and local markets. There is also 7 Eleven a few minutes walk away. Ayala Mall is a short 15 minutes walk away. The receptionist will help arrange a taxi for you. Simply let the doorman know you need a taxi. We recommend using Grab.
