Spend a relaxing time in a cozy and family friendly place, where you can also bring your fur baby. Our units come with kitchen facilities and a modern bathroom. The ground floor unit has a small garden, while the 2nd floor unit has a loft for the main sleeping quarters with views of Mt. Makiling. Plus off-street parking is available for free. Pool access is optional for additional fee, see below for details. (Optional) Private Pool Usage for a Fee 1. Payment of Php400 for two hours minimum, plus Php200 per additional hour. 2. Please reserve your exclusive timeslot at least 2 hours before use so we can have the pool ready. 3. Available for reservation between 8am to 9pm, for unit guests only. 4. Pool is 6m long by 4m wide. Depth is from 4.5 feet to 6 feet. 5. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times. 6. Usage of the pool is at your sole risk. Host accepts no liability for injuries or loss.
We are located just 900m (12min stroll) from the UPLB Main Gate, in the quiet neighbourhood of Lopez Village.
