It is comfortable and spacious home with great location and amenities. 1. Clark airport 2. Close to local market 3 mins walk. 3 Close to malls (Marquee mall) 4 . Easy access to transportation (outside subdivision gate) or (Grab trike pick up available)
My husband and I are living overseas and have our space for people to stay and relax in our house.
It’s well secured subdivision with security 24/7.
