Casa Felicitas 3 is our 3rd condo unit, which is also in Tower 3, Seawind Condominium, just beside our Casa Felicitas 2. This is a 2-bedroom fully-furnished apartment with a well-equipped kitchenette and a balcony facing the pool. Casa Felicitas 3 has a simple interior design with minimal fuss, but still comfortable and cozy. Conveniently situated in Km 11, Brgy. Sasa, Buhangin District Davao City. Walking distance from Sasa Samal Island Ferry and less than 10 minutes by car to the airport.
Welcome! My name is Beng and my husband is Gerd. We are a Filipina-German couple who loves to travel. Thus, we know what do guests need during their stay away from home. We can also provide you our assistance if needed. It is our priority to give our guests a pleasant and comfortable stay.
