Casa Herminia is 5 mins away from the famous Sabang Beach at Baler, Aurora. The Beach is a hotspot for surfing. Two Storey Private Villa that is located at the main road leading to the beach. Each floor has it own entry way, Kitchen, Dinning and Living Room Area. All bathrooms are designed with Bisazza Luxury Mosaic tiles. It is perfect for a small family vacation or a small family reunion. Nestled in a quite area with surround rice plantations with the views of Siera Madre Mountains. The space The first floor of the Private Villa has Two (2) Rooms. One (1) Master Suite and one (1) Junior Suite Room. A property has a large parking space, near a hospital, supermarket and has a gorgeous view of the sierra madre mountains. The kitchen is equipped with a gas range/oven and a refrigerator and outside, a BBQ area and al fresco dinning. Property also has Smart Bro Wifi for our guests. Guest access The property has HD Cable flat TV, Wifi via Smart Bro, large parking area, near hospital and supermarket, has gas range and refrigerator. Also, a full time care taker to address your needs.
