The 2.5 story house is located in the quiet and upscale neighborhood of Baguio City known as millionaire's row. Property is on Outlook Drive, right behind The Mansion House, vacation house of Philippine presidents and within walking distance to major tourist landmarks in the area and nearby cafes and restaurants. No smoking is allowed inside the premises. Pets are welcome. The property has one parking space provided and is located on a steep incline. An experienced driver is ideal.
The property has a live in caretaker who lives with his family on site. He will welcome you and show you the house and give you the key. Before you depart, leave the key with him as well.
The property is located within walking distance to the Wright Park ( horse riding park popular with tourists), the Mansion House ( summer vacation home of the Philippine President) and various restaurants and cafes. Also nearby within walking distance is the Baguio country club, Camp John Hay, Mines View Park, St Joseph Catholic Church. The top of the street where the house is located is along the route of the jeepney so accessibility is not a problem. Property can accommodate one vehicle and parking is allowed on the street, in front of the house.
