This quiet corner apartment with a nice view offers everything you need for a pleasant stay in Cebu City. The apartment is especially suitable for families with children, but singles, couples, or friends will also feel very comfortable here. When you stay in this centrally located accommodation, you and/or your family will be close to all the important amenities. The apartment has fast, free Wi-Fi and your own parkink slot (against extra fee 200php per day if needed) inside the building. The large kitchen-living room with a new sofa set, new dining table, and fully equipped kitchen also offers space for two fold-out beds. There's a desk that can also be used for laptop work and a large smart TV (free YouTube). The bedroom has a new queen-size box-spring bed, a wardrobe, and also a smart TV. The bathroom has a shower with a shower cubicle, sink, toilet, and bidet. The building has a beautiful pool and a gym. Taxis are always available right outside the entrance. There is also a 7/11 store, a laundry, and several restaurants and cafes on the ground floor. A larger grocery store, additional restaurants and bars, and a Robinsons Mall are also nearby. I took over the apartment on March 31, 2025, and almost completely refurnished it and purchased all new utensils. My team and I had a great time doing this.
