Keep it simple at this peaceful and centrally-located place. 2-BR with balcony in the Metro South located at the back of SM-Sucat Paranaque, FURNISHED SM FIELD RESIDENCES BUILDING 5, 2ND FLOOR WING A, near elevator and a peek at the lobby, 250m. away from SM Sucat, few km.away from international airport, w/aircon, kitchen appliances, television, sofa bed, washing machine(in-unit), drying rack,water heater, transport service every 30 mins. to SM-Sucat, parking slot at ground level for 200/night.

Our place is rated as a 5-star-living but at affordable costs, it is accessible to the following: SM City - Sucat (mall), 250m away. C5 Extension - Villar Sipag Complex (Manny Villar Property) Dr. A.Santos Ave. Mall of Asia (MOA) City of Dreams, OKADA, Ayala Malls Duty Free Airport Terminal 1 & 2 There is a P10-per-person shuttle services transporting back and forth from Field Residences to SM Sucat, in SM Sucat - there is a terminal for public transport like Jeepneys and taxis. Buy tickets from the admin of Field Residences located at the parking building. Field Residences Tower 5 has no parking in the building, parking slots are in Parking Building where the host has a slot, it is few steps away from Tower 5. It is available for P200 per night BUT WE ARE GIVING THIS PARKING SLOT FOR FREE WHEN YOU BOOK WITH US. The host can also assist the guests in getting around the neighborhood at minimal cost, if they wish to and depending the availability of the private cars of the hosts to be used.
