Tucked behind the bamboo gates, you will find One Biñan Place, a modern boutique hotel. Each room is decorated with a minimalist/industrial style that is furnished with an air conditioner , 40" Smart TV, TV Plus, Heated Shower, Table & 2 chairs, Fast Internet & great location. You will also have secure and safe access to the space. In addition to your comfort, we also value your security and safety. One Biñan Place, is fully equipped with CCTV, biometric main door lock, smoke detectors/fire alarms and 24 hour security. You will also have access to the Pantry, where there is a microwave, ref, electric kettle & free mineral water. We are just walking distance to malls, restaurants, convenience stores, hospitals and schools. And if walking is not your thing, you can grab a tricycle or jeep right in front of the building. Should you come by car, we also provide free and secure parking. We have furnished your room with everything to hopefully make your stay a cozy and relaxing one. :)
If you are planning a stay in Biñan , one of the best things about One Biñan Place is our convenient location. We are located on the National Highway and just walking distance to malls, restaurants, convenience stores, schools, hospitals and government offices. But should you wish to take public transportation, tricycles and jeepneys are available right in front of the building. For night owls, there are quite a few restaurants and convenience stores that are open 24 hours.
