Regency Grand Suites is located in a newly constructed (2012) high-rise building in the center of Manila with breathtaking views of the Manila Bay sea. Regency Grand Suites opened in 2012 and is managed by an independent international hospitality group with over 20 years of experience in real estate and hospitality development and management.

Neighbourhood information

Located in the heart of the Manila, we are within walking distance to Metro Manila’s oldest and most historic sites and major cultural attractions—Intramuros, Rizal Park, and the National Museum are just a few. The surrounding bohemian neighborhood of Malate has a vibrant nightlife with many cafes, bars and nightclubs. The hostel is convenient to shopping and dining including the nearby Robinson Place Manila, the leading shopping center in the city of Manila, which is only one block away. The hostel is four blocks from the Manila Bay coastline and boardwalk. The hotel enjoys a prime location next to the shopping center and major transportation point in Manila with taxis available 24-hours a day and less than 5 minute (500m) walk to the Pedro Gil LRT metro station.
