Rullan Apartelle is a family owned vacation rentals. A total of six apartments are built & designed to provide just like a hotel accommodation for all types of travelers in the island of Anda, Pangasinan and its neighboring towns such as Bolinao & Alaminos City. It is situated in a quiet place for visitors and travelers to relax and unwind!
