Hi, I’m Kathrina Villanueva, a Medical Technologist and proud Airbnb Superhost for four consecutive periods. I host units at two prime locations near the Mall of Asia—Shore Residences and Sea Residences in Pasay. When booking, please provide the names and IDs of all guests so I can process the Guest Authorization Form (GAF) which is needed for you to enter the building. The Admin office that processes the GAF is open from 9 AM to 5 PM on weekdays, and 9 AM to 1 PM on Saturdays, except for holidays. Let us know your arrival time for a smooth check-in. Check-in is at 2 PM, with early check-in available if the unit is ready. Check-out is at 12 noon to allow time for cleaning. Pool tickets are available at Admin Office located at the Basement of Tower C for PHP 150 on regular days and PHP 300 on holidays. Parking is nearby, with rates starting at PHP 50 for the first 4 hours and PHP 350 for overnight parking. I look forward to hosting you!
