Your perfect short-term rental awaits, just steps from Cebu IT Park! Enjoy a refreshing pool view from the 8th floor. This unit features a kitchenette with a microwave, Netflix access, hot/cold shower, complimentary Wi-Fi, and provided Filipino snacks, coffee, and tea. All bathroom essentials such as body wash, shampoo, hand soap, comb, dental kit, tissue rolls and fresh bath and pool towels are included. Guests have access to the condominium's swimming pool, study lounge, ping-pong area, and lounge areas on the 15th and 26th floors which has an overlooking city views. A coffee shop, laundry, and convenience store are also available on the ground floor.
