I manage the whole commercial building so i own this room as resting are but I offer it to guests coming in the city of pines. Cleanliness is our concern for our guest to feel at home. A good resting place after roaming around Baguio City.

A 7-11 Convenience Store is located at the ground floor so with a water refilling station and laundry shop. Eatery fronting the building is available but is near many restaurants walking distance towards Burnham Park and Night Market.

Neighboring rooms or units are also occupied by long term tenants. The location of the building is a corner road alternative road to the city center and is a residential area to expect some noise but not that much. Sari sari stores around and mini eateries outside.
