Our apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the south side, which is very sunny. This guarantees our guests pleasant moments with coffee or wine on our large balcony overlooking the hotel's patio. Apartment Lividus 210 has been put into operation since the holidays 2021, is a modern studio made in the style of a loft, whose unique character is given all the elements of equipment, i.e. a table with chairs or lamps, and the uniquely designed bathroom will delight many picky. Guests can use the sun terrace on the 6th floor with a sea view. The building has a swimming pool complex with a jacuzzi and sauna, and soon there will be a sushi bar.
We are pleased to welcome you to The Lividus 210 Apartment in the ApartPark complex in Świnoujście! For our part, we promise to make every effort to stay in our apartment in your hearts and heads for a long time. We will be happy to help you organize your leisure time, we will recommend a unique restaurant or café.
partPark complex, where our apartment is located, is located in a quiet place in the forest space, yet close to the beach and has its own private descent to it.Not far away is the symbol of Świnoujście, or Wiatrak Stawa Młyny. Walking from our apartment complex about 300m we will reach the tourist promenade, or so-called promenade. And there you will find numerous restaurants and cafes, ice cream parlours, clothing and souvenir shops, a water park and other tourist attractions.
