A building with a rich history. It was built around 1775, when the owner opened a vinegar factory here. At the same time a brewery was also built (Braurei J.Hamm). The vinegar factory turned out to be an unlucrative occupation for the owner and began to decline. By incorporating two buildings adjacent to the factory, he began producing oil (Tiegenhofer Oelmuhle). The beginning of the 19th century saw changes, namely the building being sold to another local alcohol producer - Stobbe, who ran a brewery and distillery here at the same time, where the famous "Jałowcówka" vodka (Stobbe's Machandel) was produced. The 80s of the 20th century saw the buildings last industrial function: a storge facility for herbs. The property has experienced two fires in its history, unfortunately 60-65% of the buildings could not be saved.
The building is located directly on the river and has access to it.
The apartment is fully equipped and prepared to receive guests
