Check-in takes place on the basis of a valid identity document (ID card, passport). The property reserves the right to collect a deposit. A pre-authorization (block) of PLN 500 will be made on the credit card - released on the day of check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment, the date of its final unblocking often depends on the policy of the guest's bank. Guests who do not have a credit card are obliged to pay a deposit in cash upon check-in (refundable after check-out and after checking the condition of the apartment by transfer to the provided bank account number).

You can collect your keys in the office at ul. Francuska 106 / U1. Please provide an approximate time of arrival and additional contact 30 minutes before arrival. Extra charges apply for late check-in: from 22:00 to 0:00 - 50 PLN, from 0:00 to 2:00 - 80 PLN, after 2:00 - 120PLN Late check-in must be confirmed by the property.

The apartment is located in a quiet, prestigious, 24/7 guarded Francuska Atal Park estate in Katowice, right next to the Trzy Stawy shopping complex and close to the A4 motorway (Wroclaw - Cracow) and the S86 road (Cieszyn - Łódź), which form an excellent transport hub connecting the cities of Silesia and Dąbrowa Basin. In the immediate vicinity there are numerous retail and service outlets, clinics, schools, kindergartens, public transport stops, a gym and spa. Right next to the estate there are recreational areas of the Three Ponds Valley and the Muchowiec Sports Airport (bicycle paths, running and roller skating routes). Easy access to the center of Katowice (five-minute drive or a 20-minute walk along Francuska Street).
