Both houses were designed for families with children and groups of friends, providing comfort, freedom, and a closeness to nature. However, they differ in the layout and character of the interiors. The first is a cozy house with a bright, nautical décor. Its heart is the living room with a kitchenette, complete with a comfortable sofa, large table, and full cooking equipment. On the ground floor, there's a bedroom with a double bed, and additional sleeping accommodations are available on the mezzanine with two single beds. The entire house comfortably accommodates four people. The bathroom includes a shower and washing machine, while the living room has air conditioning and a 55-inch satellite TV. Guests also have access to practical amenities, a gazebo with garden furniture, and private parking. The second house is more spacious, designed for larger groups, with three bedrooms and a living room with a fireplace, providing plenty of space for everyone. Two rooms have double beds, while the third has two single beds that can be pulled apart, providing up to eight beds. Guests have access to two bathrooms, one with a bathtub, and a fully equipped kitchen with additional appliances. Each room has a TV, and the entire house is air-conditioned. A cot is available for the little ones, and outside there's a terrace with garden furniture and a parking space. Both houses are ideal for spending time together, relaxing, and enjoying a family atmosphere. Pets are welcome for an additional fee.

The houses at Zastań 360A and B are located in a quiet part of Wolin Island, right on the Kamieński Lagoon, offering exceptional views and a close proximity to nature. A short, approximately 5-minute walk takes you directly to the lagoon's shore, where you can enjoy walks, fishing, and water sports. At the same time, this location remains well-connected to the most popular seaside attractions – the sandy beach in Dziwnówek is about a 7-minute drive away, and the center of Dziwnów, with its port and promenade, is about 15 minutes away. The area is ideal for a peaceful relaxation surrounded by nature. Just a few minutes' drive away are extensive forests and walking trails, as well as viewpoints offering panoramic views of Kamieński Lagoon and the mouth of the Dziwna River. Kamień Pomorski, known for its historic cathedral and picturesque old town, is about a 25-minute drive away. Active enthusiasts can reach the famous Drawbridge in Dziwnów or the cycling routes along the Baltic coast in less than fifteen minutes by car. Świnoujście is approximately 45 minutes away, making day trips to this popular resort possible, while Międzyzdroje is approximately 30 minutes away by car. Along the way, there are numerous attractions, such as the Wolin National Park and clifftop viewpoints, providing a perfect addition to your stay.
