Company information

Check-in takes place on the basis of an online registration card completed in accordance with a valid identity document (ID card, passport). The property reserves the right to collect a security deposit. A pre-authorization (blocking of funds) of PLN 500 will be made on the credit card - released on the day of check-out, after checking the condition of the apartment. The date of its final unblocking often depends on the policy of the Guest's bank. A guest who does not have a credit card is obliged to pay the deposit by bank transfer or payment link to the details provided by the Host.

Property information

Keys are collected from the box located next to the apartment door. We provide the locker code and instructions after completing the online registration card and paying the deposit. For people who do not meet these conditions, check-in takes place at our office: ul. Francuska 106/U1 from 2-10 p.m. Please provide your approximate arrival time and contact us 30 minutes before arrival. Please note that late check-in must be confirmed by the property. Additional fees apply for late check-in: from 22:00 to 0:00 - PLN 50, from 0:00 to 2:00 - PLN 80, after 2:00 - PLN 120.
