Our property features a private entrance and secure on-site parking, accessible through a gated entrance with a code. Check-in is contactless – a few days before arrival, we will send you a message via Booking with all necessary details, including directions, parking instructions, and the code to the key safe. There is a small garden area with outdoor furniture – perfect for enjoying your morning coffee, a meal, or a moment of relaxation in the fresh air. Pets are welcome to stay free of charge.
We are committed to making our guests feel comfortable and truly welcome. We offer a professional yet warm approach, and we aim to respond quickly to any questions or special requests. Cleanliness, attention to detail, and a friendly atmosphere are our priorities – many guests tell us they feel at home here and often return.
The apartment is located in Chabry (Flower District) – a quiet and well-connected area just about a 15-minute walk from Opole’s charming Old Town. Nearby you'll find: - Stegu Arena and Toyota Park(approx. 100 m), - a seasonal outdoor pool (approx. 700 m), - grocery stores such as Lidl, Biedronka, and Netto, - a gas station, - several restaurants and eateries, - and a convenience store just a few steps away, open seven days a week until late.
