Please inform Nad Sunowem Lake House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
A damage deposit of 500 zł is required on arrival. This will be collected as a cash payment. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. The deposit will be fully refunded via bank transfer if there is no damage to the property upon inspection after check-out.
When staying at the property with children, please note that the property is legally obliged to apply standards for the protection of minors, to determine the identity of the minors and their relationship with the adult with whom they are staying.
