Property information

Perfect location with a view of Plac Krakowski and the surrounding area! Access to the apartment with an area of ​​60m2 located on the 3rd floor, with executive windows on both sides of the building and the ability to enter a report (entrance code, code for the automatic handle). The apartment consists of a living room, bedroom, bathroom, kitchen, balcony. Excellent communication, bus stop right next door and close to everywhere. Shops and restaurants on the ground floor. The common area in the building (corridor, elevator) and outside the building is monitored by the estate manager. I cordially invite you!

Neighbourhood information

Plac Krakowski - right next to universities and dormitories, it is the most popular meeting place for young people and students. Reaching the Gliwice market square takes literally a few minutes on foot, but the apartment is located far enough from the very center of events that you do not have to worry about the bustle of the night in the immediate vicinity of the market. You can sleep and work here.
