Apartament na poddaszu położony na cudownym terenie pełnym drzew i roślin, tylko 12 km od morza, nowo wyremontowany, możliwość zrobienia grilla, prywatny parking. W salonie znajduje się rozkładana sofa narożna dwuosobowa oraz stół do spożywania wspólnych posiłków a w obu sypialniach łóżka małżeńskie. W łazience znajduje się kabina prysznicowa oraz pralka. Salon jest wyposażony w telewizor z pakietem kanałów satelitarnych, Wi-Fi, pralkę, kuchenkę mikrofalową, kompletne wyposażenie kuchenne, żelazko, ręczniki oraz suszarka do włosów.
Zawsze uśmiechnięta i pomocna
W pobliżu znajdują się trzy supermarkety, centrum Koszalina jest trochę oddalone ale za to będąc na obrzeżach miasta można się poczuć jak na wsi. Wokół jest wiele atrakcji, dużo ścieżek rowerowych, przystanek autobusowy z częstymi kursami do centrum miasta.
