Dom wolnostojący na ogrodzonej działce w cichej urokliwej okolicy wsi Topolany na Podlasiu. Agroturystyka. Wokół posesji są pola, łąki i niedaleko las. We wsi znajduje się staw z rybami. Jest duża liczba bocianów, ptaków.
We Wsi Topolany jest stara Cerkiew Przemienienia Pańskiego, staw z rybami i pyszna wędzarnia. W najbliższej większej miejscowości Michałowo oddalonej o 7 km, znajdują się sklepy, piekarnia, stacja paliw, apteki, przychodnia, kino, lody, restauracja, park miejski, urząd Miasta Michałowo.
