Our Charming Urban Chalet offers the opportunity to stay in one of the most centric places in San Juan, without breaking the bank. We are located at Avenida Piñero (Central Avenue). Our apartment allows you to connect to the major highways and international airport, so you can be at your destiny in no time. It is walking distance to a well sorted convenience store were you can grab some food, travel essentials, medicines and more. It is clean and fully equipped with everything you might need during your stay with us. We provide an ample driveway, so you can park your rental car, which is highly recommended to have one during your stay, since public transportation is not recommend for tourists. Uber is also a good option to get around.
A young lady who loves her country and traveling the world. In our Charming Urban Apartment, you will be treated like family. We enjoy hosting and assisting guests during their visit to our beautiful island. We will be available during your stay if anything comes up where we may be of help. I am also a lawyer and notary public here in Puerto Rico, specializing in Commercial and Real Estate areas. So if you are looking to do business in Puerto Rico, feel free to let us know.
Our Charming Urban Apartment is located at a very sake and tranquil place. Safe to walk around. It is a residential neighborhood with access to the expressway which will take you quickly everywhere. Places of interest like Old San Juan, Condado, Isla Verde, Mall of San Juan, beaches, attractions, malls, restaurants, bars, theaters, museums are a short drive away.
