Our beautiful homes sit on about 1 acre of land with magnificent views. Surrounded by mango, guavas, and avocado trees… Very safe and beautiful neighborhood, yet, so close to everything from restaurants to beautiful beaches, shopping malls including pharmacies and supermarkets. If you like visiting beautiful structures with styles in its architecture, you can’t miss Our historic Lady of Monserrat Minor Basilica Church where in 1590 the appearance of the holy virgin of the Monserrat occurred to Giraldo Gonzalez. In 1998 it was recognized as minor Bacilica. The property is located just minutes from Cabo Rojo beaches and from the acclimated Rincon beaches. Around from Historic Old San Juan couple hours from San and our National forest “EL YUNQUE” rated as 1 of the top places to visit. Don’t forget to visit “Cueva Ventana” in Arecibo for a view that will take your breath away! Allowing you to explore the magnificent sights along the way.
