2 BR NEWLY REMODELLED. Enjoy a relaxing and comfortable house located in a quiet and safe neighborhood. Renovated property with new bathroom, kitchen, A/C's and more. Located in a residential neighborhood (NOT the tourist area). Few minutes away from Casa Bacardi. Only few minutes from the Cataño ferry which can take you directly to Old San Juan. Larger group could include the adjacent units t make it 5 bedrooms or even 8 bedrooms with multiple baths and kitchen.
