We have been managing five other Holiday Homes since 2017, all of which belong to the family. We are a family business.

Typical country-house from the region of "Beira Alta" (Portuguese interior Center-North), built in granite masonry, originally built in the 18th century, recently rebuilt. It comprised a wine cellar and press on the ground floor, and two housing fractions upstairs, with interior wooden structure and floor boards and clay over wooden slats partitions. It was completely rebuilt, and now has a living and dinning room where the wine cellar was, with a kitchen inside the wine press. Upstairs we now have 4 double-bed suites. An annex with pen and hayloft, is now converted to 2 triple studio apartments. The tractor garage is now an outdoor dinning shed, with grill and firewood oven. The vegetable garden is now a big lawn with swimming pool and parking for 6 light-vehicles. We kept the rustic feel, with all modern comfort amenities. Book your holiday stay with us! Vinhal is a small, very quiet village, part of "Lajeosa do Dão" parish, Tondela Municipality. Most of the residents are retired and spending their days at their vegetable gardens or chatting at the cafes. Everyone is very friendly and always want to have a chat. There are some very small local businesses - grocery stores, cafes, bakery, butcher, hairdresser and a modern pharmacy. The baker drives by from Monday to Saturday at around 8am, selling fresh bread and pastries. The butcher and fishmonger drive by once a week. Monday to Friday, an hourly bus takes you to the nearest town, Viseu.
