Cozy apartment located in the central area of Albufeira, just 450m from a supermarket and 900m from the famous The Stripe, with its various bars and restaurants. In addition to being just over 1.5km from the beach, it is located in a condominium with many leisure options, such as a swimming pool, children's area, squash court, gym, games room and spa. It is the perfect place for your vacation. With 1 bedroom and capacity for 4 people, it also has private parking, elevator, and a spacious terrace with a barbecue where you can dine outdoors or just relax and enjoy the great sun exposure of the Algarve. It is fully equipped, including air conditioning (hot/cold), washing machine and dishwasher, and all linen and towels are provided as well as amenities for the first day such as shower gel and toilet paper. The day before your stay we will send you a message with the information you will need for your check-in. You should then reply to us with your estimated time of arrival. Check-in takes place directly at the accommodation from 15.30, but please note that check-in between 19.00 and 00.00 has an extra cost. Upon check-out, guests must leave the accommodation in a reasonable state of cleanliness, otherwise Homing reserves the right to charge an extra cleaning cost. We also ask that you pay attention to your belongings when checking out, as we are not responsible for objects left in the accommodation.
