This country house where a tea factory was founded in the early twentieth century, is perched on a cliff with stunning views to the sea and to the highest mountain on the island. It consists of three independent houses, in the same building, sharing an outdoor space with garden, swimming pool and laundry. East House (1 BDR), Middle House (3 BDR) and West House (2 BDR). The houses were fully restored with a contemporary aesthetics and all modern living requirements. Each house has its own private deck, with dining table, ideal to watch an unforgettable sunset over the sea. The houses are equipped with air conditioning, smart tv, wi-fi, wood stove and charcoal barbecue. Guests can prepare their meals at the fully equipped kitchenettes. In the bedrooms, double queen size beds can be converted into two individual beds.
Marina and Neusa will give their best to provide a warm welcome, to meet guests’ needs and provide all the solicited tips and advice.
Nordeste municipality is the less explored part of the island, with stunning views to the untouched laurel forest and the deep blue sea lying underneath. Home for endemic species of birds and plants, amazing trails and the highest peak of São Miguel. It is advisable to rent a car. Ponta Delgada International Airport is 55 km away, through a modern and safe road.
