Constituída por duas casas- casa principal e atafona- inseridas num terreno de 3000 m2, onde existem diferentes zonas de lazer para utilização partilhada. Cada casa original está dividida em duas casas/apartamentos com área exterior dedicada. A recuperação pautou-se pelo o respeito pelo passado e presente do local e pela foco no conforto do cliente.
