The House of Boa Vista Located in the Place of Viadal, County of Vale de Cambra and District of Aveiro. Viadal is a village located on one of the slopes of Serra da Freita, with about 80 inhabitants that is far from the center of the county that is Vale de Cambra about 15 km. It is a place with a magnificent view over the cambra valley towards sea, so it is about 650 mts. of altitude above the sea line. It is also located very close to places of high tourist interest, ecological and environmental reserves and of enormous cultural and gastronomic importance. The property with more than 130 years was totally rebuilt and expanded, preserving the use of original materials in the construction of the house of origin, namely the stone. It has two bedrooms upstairs, with a bathroom and a balcony. On the ground floor of the garden we have the living room with fireplace, an entrance hall, a bathroom and the kitchen. Outside the house there is a garden with fruit trees planted with about 450 square meters and at one end an annex was built, used as storage room, garage for car and barbecue.
At Casa da Boa Vista we want our guests to feel welcomed and comfortably settled in a place that transmits an enormous tranquility and peace, being able to enjoy the various points of interest that we publish through a book that we put at your disposal, to consultation, in the house. We preserve the environment, so at Casa da Boa Vista we offer our customers the possibility of selective waste separation. Whatever the orientation of a walk it always takes us to places of enormous natural and scenic beauty.
In the surroundings of the House of the Boa Vista we have a wide range of points of tourist interest, like Beaches Fluviais very well conserved; the Interpretation Center of the Pardeiras Rocks; the Frecha da Mizarela is a waterfall (Caima River), with about 60 meters, height; preserved villages such as Tribilhadouro, Felgueira and Lomba, among others in natural surroundings; the proximity of the Paiva River and its award winning walkways as an architectural and tourist attraction; the Mountains and Magic Valley; cities that offer all kinds of religious culture, natural gastronomy and entertainment such as the county of Vale de Cambra, Arouca, Sever do Vouga, São Pedro do Sul, Oliveira de Azeméis, São João da Madeira, Santa Maria da Feira, Ovar, Aveiro and of course is the city of Porto that is about 65 km.
