Located in an agricultural area, this house had a complete renovation in 2020 transforming it into a contemporary property, with above average materials, in an architectural intervention of excellence. Privileging natural light, the whole interior offers comfort. But you will most likely want to be outside all the time. Surrounded by the sea and the mountains, the leisure area has a swimming pool, jacuzzi, barbecue, lawn and solar. With two bedrooms on the 1st floor, both with double bed, and a sofa bed, this property hosts a maximum of 6 adults. It has three bathrooms, with one service bathroom on the first floor.

Neighbourhood information

AREA The site of Maloeira, in Fajã da Ovelha, offers peace and quiet. The country air is perfect to release all stress and enjoy moments of calm and peace, in a kind of city 'reset'. With a great sun exposure all year round, the municipality of Calheta is also inviting to set off to discover the island of Madeira. About 20 minutes by car you are in the center of Calheta where you will find the yellow sandy beach, several restaurants, a supermarket and the fantastic Museum of Contemporary Art. Jardim do Mar and Paul do Mar are about 10 minutes away by car. These two small villages offer their own beach, entertainment and beauty. About 200 meters from the house there is a small grocery store with fresh produce. HOW TO GET TO The best option to get to the property is by transfer. Ask us to arrange one with our local partners. It's cheaper than the cabs you'll find at the airport. If you rent a car, any navigation app will easily find the address. ACCESS TO THE PROPERTY You have access to all areas of the property. INTERACTION We are always available for help or questions. We will do our best to accommodate all requests. We also have a guest application with all the important information about the property and other useful information for your stay. OTHER REMARKS - According to Portuguese law, all guests are required to present a valid identification document (e.g. passport, identity card). - Check-in must be scheduled in advance. If not booked within a maximum of 48 hours, guests will be subject to our staff's availability. - All bed linens and towels are provided. We can also place a crib, high chair, and baby bathtub if needed. There is a first aid kit, fire extinguishers and fire blanket at all properties. RULES We want you to feel at home. We ask nothing more than respect for your neighbors and care for the property, plus no smoking inside the house.
