Featuring free WiFi throughout the property, Dear Lisbon - Palace is situated in Lisbon, 200 metres from Chiado. It is is located in a historic, protected and renovated building from the 19th century, which has the reception on the ground floor and all nine suites on the first floor. All of the elegantly-decorated suites include a flat-screen cable TV, as well as a mini bar and a safety deposit box. Some units have a seating area where you can relax. Guests can enjoy a view over Lisbon or over São Jorge Castle. All suites are equipped with a Nespresso coffee machine (with some complimentary capsules) and an electric kettle. The private bathroom includes bathrobes and slippers. Front desk is available from 08:00 to 17:00. Breakfast is served in each of the suites, at a specific hour that guests can choose on the previous day. The guest house also offers bike hire and car hire. Rossio is 400 metres from Dear Lisbon - Palace, while Bairro Alto is a short 3-minute walk away. At a 15-minute walk are the historic Alfama area, as well as the area surrounding São Jorge Castle. The São Pedro de Alcântara Belvedere is a 5-minute walk away. Lisbon's Humberto Delgado International Airport is 7 km from the property.

•In a group reservation, the flexible rate will be converted to a non-refundable rate immediately to secure and guarantee the reservation.
•Please note that outside food or drinks are not permitted.
•A complete rooming list with essential information, such as ETA and bed preferences, is required 30 days prior to arrival.
•While we will make an effort to accommodate bed preferences, we cannot guarantee availability;
•We do not have a breakfast room, and our breakfast is served to the room based on the guest's daily menu selection. Each preparation takes 15 minutes, making it physically impossible to serve more than one room at the same time;
•Due to the specific room conditions, it is not possible to have guests from other rooms join together for breakfast as the rooms are intended solely for the accommodation of the guests sleeping in them.
