The Dona Emilía Guest House and Lima Studio apartments are managed with the passion of close friends from different backgrounds and expertise. Rami El-Zein, a serial entrepreneur, and Sofia Araújo, the creator of the É d'Biana fashion brand, met randomly in 2017 in Viana do Castelo, while Rami was doing the Camino. They decided to create a company that would offer safety and peace of mind for pilgrims, and Easyhike was born. The concept of the Dona Emilía Guest House and apartments is to make you feel at home away from home with comfort, vintage design, and the welcoming vibe of Viana do Castelo.

Dona Emília GuestHouse located at Rua Manuel Espregueira n6 and our new Lima Studio apartments at Rua de Olivença 44, Viana do Castelo, both are in the center of Viana do Castelo. The guesthouse is overlooking the Praça da República square in a century-old building with two floors. The historic building was carefully restored with natural lighting from the house’s many windows and balconies. The wooden staircase goes through the entire building leading up to a large skylight. For guests who prefer calmness, our new Lima Studio apartments are a 3-minute walk away from the main square, river, the beach, and a vibrant array of restaurants and bars. Immerse yourself in the rich history and culture of this beautiful town while enjoying the modern comforts and convenience of our fully equipped apartments.
