The fine print
In order to facilitate your arrival, we ask you to inform us of the scheduled time for your check-in, as we do not have reception 24h:
- Monday to Friday: 15:00 - 19:00
- Weekend: no face-to-face reception (self-check-in)
If you need to arrive outside these hours, just let us know so that we can send you the instructions and the code for the main door so that you can enter at the time that is most convenient for you.
Please note that the reception is only open for check-in from Monday to Friday from 15:00 to 19:00. During weekends and outside these hours, there is only the option for self check in.
Please inform Fishtail Sea House in advance of your expected arrival time. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation.
Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian.
