Welcome to my apartment! This lovely apartment is modern, tastefully decorated, and in a serene environment close to several parks and green spaces. Designed with an open floor plan, the living room has a sofa bed, a large smart TV with multiple streaming options to watch your favourite shows, and a six-person dining table. You can also enjoy the fresh air from the private balcony with its comfortable seating. The kitchen is fully equipped with essential cookware and cutlery, including a stove, an oven, and a microwave, to help you prepare delicious meals. You'll also have access to a washer and ironing equipment for your laundry needs. The bedrooms offer maximum comfort, with a queen bed and two single beds with complimentary hotel-quality linens. The bathroom contains all the necessary amenities, including clean towels and complimentary toiletries. The apartment is always professionally cleaned for your comfort. Enjoy your stay! Please note that the apartment is located on top of a bar. Hence, there might be noise disturbance.
