Our Madeira was established in 2009 by Linda & Ricardo Dias. We have both worked in tourism all our lives, the great majority of which in Madeira, where we live (and where Ricardo hails from). We know how important it is to find the right holiday home for your holidays, and searching through the many websites can be exhausting, time-consuming and confusing. And of course, you want to make sure you are dealing with a dependable company. Our commitment is to provide a unique, personal service, using our in-depth knowledge of Madeira (our island home) and of all the villas and apartments we feature, to assist you in making the right holiday rental choice. For some of the properties we just handle the reservations on the owner's behalf, but for others we take care of the cleaning and maintenance and we will be there to greet you on arrival at the villa. All our properties are know to us personally. Between us we have over 60 years experience in tourism, so we like to think that we know what we are doing! However we can't do it alone, so we have the help of Norberta, who will answer your enquiries and assist you in every way possible.

Access to Casa Vista Mar is via a half set of steps from the street level, which takes you to the gorund floor terrace. The main door on the rear of the propery opens to the hallway, form where stairs lead down to the garagem and up to the bedrooms. Ahead is the open plan living area, with large panoramic sliding doors that allow you to enjoy those wonderful views. A sitting area with flat-screen TV is complemented by a dining area and a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, along with a family bathroom. Sliding panoramic windows open to the covered front veranda with outdoor seating furniture, and front terrace with outdoor table and chairs and a portable barbecue – the perfect place to experience a little of the Madeira countryside and those amazing views. Upstairs are the wo bedrooms, both with en-suite bathrooms and both with large windows to the south and to the side. Juliette balconies allow you to enjoy the sun and the scents of the countryside. Below is the large garage, for up to two cars, where you wil find the washing machine.
