Surrounded by bars, restaurants, and shops, you’ll feel like a local in the heart of the city, with a vibrant neighborhood to enjoy. The iconic Alfama district is just a short walk away, and getting anywhere in the city is easy, making this studio an ideal spot to discover Lisbon’s rich history and charm. Noise: Due to its central location, noise may be a factor—earplugs are provided for your convenience. Self-Check-In: Please note that there is no desk service available. You’ll have access to the studio via a self-check-in process. Mandatory Check-In Form: As required by Portuguese law, all guests must fill out an online form with necessary details for SEF registration. Access to further instructions will be provided once the form is completed. Please note: This is not a hotel, but a private studio apartment with all the comfort of home.

Martim Moniz is a muticultural neighbourhood. Around, you'll find the most bars, trendy rooftop and restaurants. Also, except for the main square everything is in little alleys and staircase. It's really close to the city centre and you have a metro station to get around. Trams, buses and cabs are plentiful at the square and in other nearby spots. If you come by car we can send you a link that will help you to park your car around the city either for free or in a cheaper price. To visit and explore the city is easily accessible by modes of transportation that include the bus, train and tram.
