New, bright, modern and classic apartment with 56m2 and a sunny SW terrace with 17m2. You can enjoy the view, a drink on the terrace or simply stay in the city center! Children from the age of 6 are welcome, but as the apartment has a terrace, in terrace constant parental supervision is required. There is air conditioning and a dishwasher for your comfort. The apartment is a studio (open space) and has: Twin beds (90cm wide each) that can be joined to into a king size bed (1,80 x 2,00 m). A sofa bed (1.40m wide) for 2 people with a chaise longue. A duche cabin. A kitchen with dishwasher, stove, microwave, coffee machine, toaster and so on. There is an elevator - the apartment is on the fourth floor and the elevator begins on the second floor, so there are about fifty steps to reach the elevator. Sorry

Just in the city centre. The apartment has got view to Sá da Bandeira street, close to D. João I square. The apartment is just about 5 minutes walking to the Bolhão market and to Bolhão metro station with a direct link to the airport. About 5 minutes walking to the train station S. Bento with a direct link to Campanhã train station. There are two supermarkts and exquisite shops just around the corner. You can find modern and traditional shops/stores in this street and around, and one of the most traditional restaurants in the city. Porto city centre is regenerating, the old buildings are being renovated all over downtown.
