    Elegant, spacious, recently refurbished, bright, clean, warm and all the comforts of home. The location was ideal for exploring Cascais, going to the beach, 3 minutes from train and ideal for attending the Estoril Tennis Open 2024.

Apartment with sea view, totally renovated, inserted in a building from the end of the 19th century, on Saboia Avenue, Monte Estoril, a small town situated in the highest and most luxurious area of Cascais and Estoril. With 360 degree views, it is located 5 minutes walk from the beach and the train station to Lisbon and Cascais. Excellent location, close to all services.

Neighbourhood information

Monte Estoril emerged at the beginning of the 20th century, developing from the construction of the railways that connect the city of Lisbon to the town of Cascais. With a privileged location and due to its beautiful landscapes, in 1910, the year of the Portuguese Republic, Monte Estoril was already a place of aristocratic election, and after World War II, it became a refuge for political exiles and the place of election for many members of European royalty.
