The Tequila House is located in Pregança do Mar - Santa Barbara. It is a hamlet of the city of Lourinhã (5-10 min by car). It is located 4km from the sea and only 40min from Lisbon airport. Very easy to access (40km of highway and 10km of national). Located on a small hill in an ultra quiet residential area. It is a new construction on one level of 120m2. Three very spacious bedrooms with integrated dressing room including a master suite. Two bathrooms with WC in each. A large living room/lounge and a fully equipped American kitchen. A private heated swimming pool. Heated swimming pool from May to October. Outside this period, the pool can be heated on request for EUR10 per day.Ultra design and ultra equipped villa. Large private car park just in front of the villa. Please : No electrical recharging for electric or hybrid cars is permitted WITHOUT our prior agreement.
The neighborhood is quiet. A few hundred meters away are a small typical bar and a mini-market. You will find a Lidl, Intermarché and a Pingo Doce 5km away. A car is necessary both for shopping and for exploring the magnificent surrounding regions and beaches.
